Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the Trading Research website, newsletters, and alert services (together, the "Service"). By subscribing to or using the Service, you agree to them.

1. The Service

Trading Research publishes automated, AI-assisted investment research covering the AI & Robotics sector, delivered via email and SMS. The Service is a research publication. It is not investment, legal, or tax advice, and we are not a registered investment advisor or broker-dealer. See our disclaimer, which is incorporated into these terms.

2. Subscriptions

  • The Starter tier (free) includes the weekly newsletter.
  • The Researcher tier ($5/month) adds email alerts on HIGH-conviction signals with basic analysis.
  • The Premium tier ($19/month) adds email alerts on MEDIUM signals with full analysis, plus SMS alerts on HIGH signals.
  • You may cancel at any time; paid access continues through the end of the paid period.
  • You are responsible for providing accurate contact information and for any carrier charges on SMS messages you receive.

3. Acceptable use

Content we deliver is for your personal use. You may not redistribute, resell, scrape, or republish our research without written permission. You may not attempt to disrupt the Service or access other subscribers' data.

4. Intellectual property

All content published through the Service — analysis, scores, newsletters, and the software that produces them — is owned by Trading Research and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Underlying public data (e.g., SEC filings) remains public.

5. No warranties

The Service is provided "as is." Research is generated in part by automated systems and may contain errors, omissions, or delays. We make no warranty as to the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any content, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted delivery of alerts.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trading Research shall not be liable for any losses — including trading or investment losses — arising from your use of, or reliance on, the Service. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Service is to stop using it and cancel your subscription.

7. Changes and termination

We may modify the Service or these terms; material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these terms. You may unsubscribe at any time via the contact page.
